Shipping + Returns 

 

Q. Where do you ship?

A. We ship USPS domestic to all 50 states in the USA. Receive free shipping when you spend $50 or more! 
 
 Q. Is free shipping REALLY free? 

A. YES BABE! *To receive "FREE" shipping, the total of your order must equal or exceed the amount indicated after all coupons or discounts are applied. Gift Cards and eGift Certificates do not apply. Select items considered hazardous materials are restricted and do not qualify for Free Standard 3 Day shipping and must be shipped ground. 


 Q. How much are your shipping rates?

A. Free Shipping: 3 - 5 business days $5.00 domestic flat rate shipping is available in the US only. Inputting your address at checkout will allow you to see rates for your country before you purchase. 

 
 Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. We will offer ship Internationally summer 2019. If you don't see your country listed you may contact us for special rates via orders@babelabel.com

 
 Q. How long will my order take to get to me?

A. We strive to process and ship your order within 24-48 hours of order receipt. After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 3 - 5 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. 

 Q. What time must I submit my order for it to be processed on the same day? 

A. Orders received before 1:00 PM (EST) Monday-Friday will normally be processed the same day. 

 Q. Do you deliver on the weekends? 

A. We do not offer weekend delivery. Please note that certain items considered hazardous materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation (e.g., pressurized spray cans, fragrance, nail polish) can only be shipped via Ground shipping due to air transport regulations. Restricted items may not be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.  

 Q. What is the processing time?

A. We strive to process and ship your order within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Orders received before 1:00 PM (EST) Monday-Friday will normally be processed the same day.

 Q. What is the processing time during the weekends or major holidays?

A. Orders received over the weekend and on major holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders received on Friday by 1:00 PM (EST) selecting Priority/Overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday, barring unforeseen carrier delays. Please check the shipment tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the latest shipping status.

 Q. How do I track my order?

A. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to view this information online. Additionally, you may sign up for tracking updates at usps.com. This tool will allow you to track your package, request a delivery time (including by appointment and evenings), request delivery to another address, and more.

 

 Q. Will all my items arrive in one package? 

A. All items purchased from the Babe List and processed in the same order will arrive on the same day. If you purchased more than 1+ items from the Babe List that you will receive individual tracking numbers + packages for each item. 

 
Q. How do I change my shipping address?

A. Email orders@babelabel.com within 24 hours to update order with correct address. We strive to ship orders out by 3 pm that business day so please let us know if there is an error right away. Our customer service team is BFF's with the shipping team so they'll let them know.


Q. Do you offer expedited shipping?

A. Yes babe. Inputting your address at checkout will allow you to view express rates before you purchase.

 
Q. Where is my package?

A. What! NO! It hasn't arrived?! This is not cool. Please email orders@babelabel.com with "help" in the subject line for immediate service. Include your order number for an even faster resolution.
 

Q. Can I add a message to my order? 

A. Yes, in Step 1 of the checkout process, you will find an option to enter a gift message.
 

Q. What is a Hazmat Product and why can I only ship it ground?

A. A hazmat product is one that contains a flammable liquid considered a hazardous material by the U.S. Department of Transportation (e.g., pressurized spray cans, fragrance, nail polish) & can only be shipped via Ground shipping due to air transport regulations. Restricted items may not be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

ORDERS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 Q. What if I don't receive a copy of my receipt?
A. When you place an order, you will view a receipt page containing an order confirmation number. If you do not see a receipt page after submitting your order, your order was not submitted successfully. A copy of your receipt will also be sent to the email address that you included in your order.
 Q. Can I cancel an order?
A. An order may be cancelled if it has not been processed and prepared for shipment. To cancel your order, please contact orders@babelabel.com during business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST) M-F) for immediate assistance.
 Q. Can I ship separate items in my order to different addresses? 
A. Yes! For help placing orders to be shipped to multiple addresses, contact Order Services at orders@babelabel.com  
 
Q. What's your return policy?
A. We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Easy Returns policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued. 
 Q. Does Babe Label Cover the Shipping costs to Return?
A. Babe Label does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
 
 Q. What do I need to include in my Return Package?
A. Return packages must include a completed return request form and original packing slip to ensure processing. (Note: If the return request form is not filled out correctly, your return may experience delays in processing. You may use the return request form included in your original packaging or download and print this form.)
Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping via USPS.com or by clicking here). You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

 

Q. What are the Packaging Requirements? 

A. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. Final Sale items cannot be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS.
 Q. How do I ship my Return?
A. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
 
 Q. What if I forgot to fill out my Order Number on the Return Form?
 A. If the return request form is not filled out correctly, your return may experience delays in processing. Kindly note that if you neglect to include the correct Order Number on the return form and/or the correct return item(s), we will be unable to process your return.
 Q. What if I multiple returns from different orders?
 A. Multiple order returns must be accompanied by separate return forms for each order. Alternatively, you may use the packing slip(s) provided with your order(s) to return; simply mark your packing slip and include the appropriate Return Reason code next to the item indicated on the packing slip.
 Q. What if My Return is lost or stolen? 
A. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Babe Label will not issue store credit for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Babe Label E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!
 Q. What if I have a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
 A. If you receive a damaged product you must report the "Damaged Order #_____" by sending a photo of the order in the form of an email to orders@babelabel.com with "damaged" in the subject line. After the Babe Label team processes the Damaged Order you will receive the same product in pristine condition or store credit. 
 Q. When do I have to report my damaged, defective, or incorrect item? A. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. 
 
Q. What's your exchange policy?
A. Because we can't ensure our #BabeLabelBabes will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the Distribution Center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail.
Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) in accordance with our Easy Returns policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.
 Q. Does Babe Label provide a Prepaid Label for Returns? 
A. Babe Label does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
 Q. Help! I received the wrong color or my item arrived damaged.
A. What! Not ok! Accidents happen but we will attempt to fix this ASAP. Please email us a pic of the broken or incorrect product to receive return instructions.
 Q. Can I return a Final Sale Item?
A. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Q. How do I send my product for the Babe Label Team to Review?

Q. What is the Babe Standard?

A. The Babe Standard is a testing process and set of standards formed by the Founders Rachel Justis and Kayla Booth. Products are tested and researched by the Babe Label Team and our community of influencers, estheticians, and dermatologists to distinguish the best trending products in the world from the tens of thousands on the market. The result is a curation that is truly the best in beauty from those who know best.

Q. What is the approval process for products on the Babe List? 

A. At least 70 percent of testers deem the product a beauty essential‚ÄĒthat is, a hero worthy of our kit and yours. Approved products then assume their rightful place on the shelves of Babe Label ‚ÄĒall available¬†for purchase.

 THE BABE LIST 

Q. How often is the Babe List updated? 
A. We rotate the majority of the inventory on the Babe List on a quarterly basis aka every season. Subscribe to the Babe Rewards Program to be the first to know when new products drop on the Babe List. 

 

Q: How often do you restock?

A. Good news! We often restock our most popular items on the Babe List. Simply visit the product page of your favorite items, and click the green ‚ÄúNOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE‚ÄĚ button in the middle of the page. Once the item is restocked, you‚Äôll be notified right away via email!

Helpful Hint: Act quickly when you find a style, size, or color you like! Due to the fast fashion nature of our business, we never guarantee that an item will be restocked.

 

BABE LABEL SKINCARE COLLECTION 

 Q. Do you test on animals?

A: WTF... No 

 Q. Are your products Vegan?

A. All Babe Label products are Vegan. However, in the future we may carry products on the Babe List that contain beeswax, which is a natural and safe product but should not be listed as vegan. We've opted to use beeswax instead of petrochemical derivatives because we think it's safer and healthier. 

 Q. I have sensitive skin! Can I use Babe Label products?

A. Babe Label uses the highest quality ingredients available. Products are free of nasties and irritants. Founder, Rachel has extremely sensitive skin and personally tests everything before it's available for sale. That said, everyone's skin is very different so please discontinue any product that irritates you immediately and contact a doctor as soon as possible. 

 Q. Do Babe Label products expire or go bad?

A. All skin-care + makeup products expire unless they are made of carbs (shouldn't put on your face). Babe Label products have a standard 2 year shelf life. 

 Q. Can I get samples?

A. In order to keep our prices low we don't offer sampling at this time, however, we do allow you to return anything you don't love.

PAYMENT

 Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

 A. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover debit and credit cards as well as Paypal. 

 Q. Is my payment secure?

 A. Yes. We never store our customer's credit card info.

Q. My payment was rejected. What do I do?

 A. Ugh oh! please check that your billing information is correct on your submission. If it is please contact your credit card company.  

Q. Can I change my payment method after my order is submitted? 

 A. Please contact us ASAP at hi@babelabel.com. If your product has shipped you cannot change your billing info.
